I did it, looks like a few different things need to be done with the differences of 03-05/06-09 and v8/v6 it’s not hard and you can totally wing it.

If you can locate the motor itself there should be a hex head in the middle of it, put the Allen wrench in it and turn one way or the other and it will roll up or down the window. You may have to “turn and pull” a little to get it out of gear or whatever. Be prepared for the most turns ever!

My first thought was zero point calibration but it’s weird it goes off and comes back on fifteen starts later Zero point calibration would come back on the second you start rolling again in my experience I have had some “cheaper” obdII scanners set off some light on the dash for no reason...

I think it would all come down to cost, it would be great if they could make a clean bumper with no attachments for $400 to $600 range and then make upgrades to sell separately. You could get the bare bumper without murdering your bank account and then add in swing outs or ladders or whatever...

same here, also try to roll it up from the back and “help” it a little when it gets to the top. Check your wiper position too, my first gen was super finicky about the wiper position, had to manually move the wiper up and down to find the right spot with the key in the lift gate. Huge PITA...
