The body is very clean. There's some undercarriage rust. The wheels had corroded a bit as per usual for these, so I replaced them a year or so ago.

Well, I’m making progress. I hooked up real jumper cables this time to my other 4Runner and it is showing signs of life but won’t quite turn over. If I leave them hooked up for a while will that improve the charge or do I need a legit battery charger?

I have the Entune stereo with Nav, not JBL. I used the speaker outputs from the HU and fed them through a Kicker ZXSum8 as a LOC and then to the amp. I can also try adjusting the output level on the Sum8. I should have some time today to mess around with it.
