CBI installed mine with the bumper. Went with a Smittybilt X20 (10k), synthetic line, and a Flatlink. Does the job, so no complaints here.

I have an OE alternator with only 15k miles on it taking up shelf space in my garage. Toyota/Denso part No.27060-31190. Also have a single Duratrac on a spare steelie. 285/70/17. Located in Pasadena, CA. Would love to get rid of both. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

Two out of three? Had the voltage booster already and just put in the 270xp. Consistent recharge on just the "boost" setting. Showing 14.8 at idle. Haven't tried to run over boost since the 270xp was installed. Likely won't need to, but we'll see what this winter brings.

Only missing AK and HI at this point.

Fly up, drive back. I did with mine. Transport costs were obscene to get a TE to a dealer in NJ, so I bought it at a dealership in SLC -- flew out and they picked me up from the airport in the truck so i could do a "test drive." Had a nice break-in drive back to the east coast.

Unused single Duratrac on OE spare steelie. 285/70r17. D load. Switched to BFGs a few years ago and this wheel has just been hanging around unused as a "second" spare. Located in Pasadena CA. $200.

I had the same issue a few years back. New NSS and no more problems.

+1 for the Yakima Spare Ride. My CBI swingaway has the angled carrier, and the Spareride can still accommodate 2 bikes as long as I'm careful. I had the Sparetime before this and the new one is definitely an upgrade. One warning - make sure to throw some loctite on the threads for the main...

I did the same in Glendale 2 weeks ago. Dropped it before work and picked it up after. No squeaks or rattles so far.

Just to update things, it was the neutral safety switch (or "transmission range selector" 'yotaspeak). The thing was so corroded that it took the shop 3 hours just to cut it off without damaging the shaft. Backstory: I'd had issues last winter with some weird electrical ghost (CEL and TRAC...

After 5k on them, so far so good. The alignment felt "off" initially after replacing the LCAs (and UCAs) - like there was a lot of positive camber. Now that everything has settled back in I'm super happy with the way the "rust rebuild" turned out. No complaints regardign the bushings yet...
