Will the 1.5" leveling kit stop the rubbing or 2" lift kit needed? Thanks

I know this question has been ask a 1000 time, here it goes again. Can I install 265/70/17 on stock suspension with no lift? Will it rub? 2006 4runner sr5 4wd, currently have 265/65/17. Thanks
