Replaced JBL Sub/Added Amp: Install Pics/Info

Even though I seem to be talking to myself, I will update. 18g Wire seems to be fine, as the main problem was that I tied into a speaker feed after the amp... it had all the low end stripped out of it! After tying into the old sub feed, BOOM! Wow... worth all the work! If anything, the...

Replaced JBL Sub/Added Amp: Install Pics/Info

So I set everything and put on one of my favorites... and I can say the bass is any better then before... So after some thought, 2 things could possibly be changed to achieve better performance. I ran 18g wire from the amp to the sub... maybe larger? Second, I tied my high level inputs...

My Sunday project Sub replacement in my 08 Limited

jl 8w3v3 I just did a 8w3v3 this last weekend and I needed a 1" spacer plus ripping out all the ribs. It is hard to measure properly because the box does not actually have straight dimensions. I used a 3/4 inch spacer and a 1/2 piece of closed cell insulation. Gave me the extra 1/4" and...

Replaced JBL Sub/Added Amp: Install Pics/Info

Installing 8w3v3 So I am 99% but it seems my amp won't turn on... I tied into the red(?) wire on the 12v but am unsure if I choose incorrectly or might have damaged the wire somewhere? Thoughts?

    2007 4runner ABS motor noises

By make noise do you mean it comes on regularly? You may have air in it. The only way to get rid of the air is to let the dealer hook up the computer and have them bleed the brakes in a special way. Search for 'bleed master cylinder' as I have dealt with this same problem.

    Conti ExtremeWinterContact tires

Im just saying I am partial to the Michelin's... I have used 3 or 4 different michelin winters on different RWD mercedes and all have been very impressive with grip, wear, price and feel. I have a 07 CLK 550 with 380HP and 390 Ft/t and with the michelin's you can still drive like a normal person!

    Conti ExtremeWinterContact tires

Hi I used a set of these on a 2000 Ml320 for the winter last year. (just got the t4r last month) The vehicle drove like a dream. Now, I live in Edmonton Alberta, and we had almost a foot of new snow in one day. I had to wipe snow off my ML just to make sure it was mine! The tires along with...
