It's funny that you mention this. I am having the same issue. Mine appears to be coming from the passenger side front. I have the Icon Stage 2 installed as well. I had the install done by a reputable company and I am a little surprised it's making such and annoying and predictable sound...

Not that it really helps, but I pretty much did the same as you. I had my BFG T/A KOs put on when I got my daystar leveling kit. I have had mine for 50,000 miles and have not had any problems (smooth ride without any vibration). If its not the alignment or the balance, then I have no idea...

Any update on the fab? I am also looking at installing an aux tank. I plan on pulling a 25 ft airstream and I don't feel like stopping every 200 miles to fill back up.
