I completely forgot to update this (in case someone is searching and finds this thread): I replaced both the MC and brake booster. It must've been one of them, because I had decent brakes after the swap.

I think the dirt devil trail would be perfect for this. My T4R is stock as well and until I get sliders, I have no intention on taking it "really" off road. Plus I wouldn't mind bringing the family and having a nice relaxing drive as well (thats what my Jeep club calls the DD trail).
