In addition to what he said above, cracked exhaust manifolds on the V8. And if it has a sunroof make sure it's sliding properly and fully closing.

Before you go all crazy here how about you get a leak down test and confirm it's actually a blown head gasket.

Very easy to fix. Center Console Lights I'd replace all the bulbs at once just because they're cheap and you won't have to worry about it again for a while.

Yup. I don't think the spark plug makers generally recommend it because they don't want you to overtighten but I think as long as you're using a torque wrench you'll be fine. I put it on mine.

Yup, pretty sure it's #23. Broke mine one time when I took if off without understanding how it works.
