Buy one without nav and then put in whatever you want :) It's also possible to do a conversion to non nav, but obviously a bit more complex than just buying one that way.

I would want to change the belt anyway to make sure it has been done, and also to ensure that the idlers and water pump were new as well (I would do those with the timing belt).

I have some offroad mileage in here - I also live in northern NJ, and often accelerate accordingly...traffic patterns here are ridiculous. 255/75R17 Duratracs, 2-3" lift (don't have before/after measurements - it's Ironman's Foam Cell Pro kit with "B" springs).

I'd ask them if you should trade your TRD Pro in on an SVT Raptor or Colorado ZR2 and see what they say. Marketing and selling an off road truck and then refusing to honor warranty is a bit silly, unless they can legitimately prove that the spacers caused the failure.
