The dealer lied to you, I have a 14 TE with Nav without KDSS. I had to order it because I wanted blue with nax and at the time there weren't any in the Carolinas. In the Southeast alot of TE don't have KDSS but have Nav.

where exactly did you spray the silicon? I sprayed it on the bottom black tirm next to the windshield but had to rub it off because I didn't want to stain the tirm white (maybe I got the wrong type of silicon). It helped some but the noise was there but reduced.

Yes, both of my tail lights were replaced by Toyota because of this problem. It seems to be a growing problem with the 14s.

I had both noises when I get the runner. The back seat noise was a fairly easy fix. I adjusted the seat back while adding grease to the bracket that is attached to the c pillar and that noise is gone. The one by the drivers side dash is still very present.

The last couple of days I have noticed that after I run my windshield wipers just to clean the mist from the crap they are covering the roads with in prep for the winter storm that the noise goes away. It was a lot warmer here yesterday so maybe it was the heat warming up the dash or whatever...

I drive 73-77mph daily and the Runner seems to handle that speed just fine. As stated before, crosswinds really do have an effect on all Runners.
