I pulled the positive cable at the battery. Once I saw the light come on, I removed the cable again and the light went away for a few minutes, but then came back on. Will I be able to take my SUV into the dealership and have it covered under warranty?

My check engine light, VSC light and the picture of the SUV loosing control are also all on now. This happened yesterday. The only thing that changed was that I installed my car audio system this weekend. I dont know what/why that would have any affect on these lights though. Does anyone know...
