What method/location did you guys use to get from the rear hatch into the passenger compartment with the camera wire?

I'm pretty sure it was doing this before I installed the cold air intake but it's louder now.... Whenever I get deep into the throttle my 4Runner starts to stutter and backfire through the throttle body/intake. Any suggestions?

I have found tons of great threads on the Satoshi mod. I plan to do it to my 2000 Limited but obviously need a different grill to build from. Are all 3rd gen grills interchangeable? If so, is there a particular year that is best to use for the mod? Thanks!
