Yeah the bluetooth one that I got from amazon is great. That with the Torque app make a great combo for diagnosing problems. Lot of great info on these forums and lot of help from everyone. Still running strong with no problems!
Ooops...
Lol...sorry. It was only slightly used and abused. Nothing a little sandpaper and SEM Trim Black won't fix though. It actually looked better than the pictures you posted when I got it. Thanks again!
Driver's master switch panel and passenger switch panel from a 99 will fit any 3rd Gen. Both work perfectly. Came as extras with my 4runner and I don't need them. Great condition. These are in So Calif and prices include shipping to the lower 48. Driver's side is $45 and passenger is $35.
Lucky...
You got a steal. Makes me wish I woulda waited a little longer and looked a little harder. I wasn't as educated about 4Runners as I am now or I would have looked for more. Love mine but I think I love yours more lol!
P0171
From experience having just dealt with a P0171 I can tell you it probably isn't the O2 sensors as that would throw another code. I solved this problem with a thorough MAF cleaning (check other threads with pictures as I didn't know about one of the wire locations and didn't clean them...
Parts
How do the sun visors look? Are they cloth or leather? If they are cloth and in excellent condition how much shipped to 91701? Thanks in advance.
Same exacty problem...
Dude I had the same exact problem. Injector's can be intermittent. Pain in the ass but you can swap the injectors and see if the code switches cylinders. I pulled my injectors and sent them to Witchhunter and they checked out ok including resistance. Put them back in and...
Roof Rack
So are you still looking to give away the roof rack? I'll pay shipping to get it but not sure I'd want it if the end cap is going to someone else...
Thanks.
True. Thanks for your help and advice I appreciate it. Frustrating but I learned a lot and now I can go back to loving my 4Runner and doing things I want to it.
I get it and I agree that a lot of the people on here offer the replace this replace that advice but a lot of the stuff needed replacing except the coils which I could have troubleshooted first. The wires were original to the car so I'm glad I did those and the mechanic said that replacing...
W/e
I'd agree with you if that's what I had done. I did troubleshoot as far as I could and everything pointed to the injectors. I pulled them and sent them to Witchhunter. Mechanic said the coil on the one injector was failing and even testing at Witchhunter may not have caught it as the...
