More of a steady but not too loud squeal not a chirp. and im sorry its back left on right turns

Possible diff problem?

My back left tire squeaks when I make sharp right turns. Tire pres is fine. I have a 2000 limited. I am not in 4wd when this happens. Is this a dif problem, maybe suspension? What can I try?
