Bilstein not really saying anything other than they sent shop a large bag of clips and said that if it is moved more than once to put a new clip.

Bilstein has still not responded to the question of can you move clips to another position once installed? Parts were shipped to them for inspection. I did get refunded the whole setup and towing cost. They believe that the snap ring failed and got pushed through the gap in the bottom plate...

Trd decal off ebay. Put on top of flat black vinyl.

so I don't have pictures, just got home from shop, but the snap ring is gone. they are calling it a snap ring failure. waiting for bilsteins response. Drivers side was fine though.

I guess I wasn't clear, the other shock is fine. just started getting lower and lower from holding all the weight overnight. kinda like a heavy trailer sitting on the back all night. Pretty sure it will come back to normal height. ( I hope).
