You can remove a leaf or two from the leaf spring pack. I have the medium duty's. I removed the very bottom leaf, it rides pretty decent not hard at all IMO. Up front i have a 1" BJ spacer and adjusted torsion bars accordingly. Sits perfectly level

I'm in AZ and ordered a rebuild from Yota1 Performance. They used OEM parts and i've had no issues.

They are new, i did install them. Its not too hard just take your time and do n sections. Been on the 4r for 2 years no fading, bubbling etc. Great quality from BL Vinyl!

Good lord what a mess!! Your best bet is to pull out all the added wiring and start over. There is no telling how they hooked all that up. Get yourself a Haynes or Chilton manual it has wiring diagrams in it, also google factory FSM for your truck it will have all the wiring diagrams as well.
