I've been running Maxlife in my 2002 4Runner for over 30k miles, and now in my 2007 GX470 for about 5k miles. Both are shifting great. The key to long transmission life is keeping the fluid from overheating. I did a full flush of both vehicles through the cooler lines.

I would call up Toytec. Their coils are made by Eibach I believe and are very high quality. they have a HD version that will probably get you right where you want to be.

Good choice. I have the 5100's on my 3rd gen 4runner and they are really good. I've had horrible luck with KYB adjustables in the past on other vehicles. I don't trust them. Still trying to decide if I want to go 5100's on my GX470, or do a full blown ICON setup.

I think thats the one I have. I have it running through the radiator, then through the external cooler. Honestly, temps are lower that I'd like. I've never seen it go above about 190 even in the Tucson summer going to up Mt Lemon or beating on it wheeling. That cooler is a beast.
