Thanks, I tried unplugging the integration relay and it still blew, however I dont think I followed the right procedure when I located the one plug. I plugged in each cable and checked the fuse one by one, I think it may be a combination of plugs that are causing the short. I found a repair...

Ok started plugging in connectors one by one and checking the fuse everytime. Didnt blow until I plugged in this connection, marked it with tape. It does appear that the 98 is a little different.
