Hello folks, when I use OBDII (ISO 9141) to stream data i get completely different short term fuel trim numbers versus when I go into ,the Toyota based scan tool on my iCarsoft CRPlus. Should I trust the Toyota based scan or the OBDII? very confusing indeed lol See the pictures for demonstration...

2003 4runner had P0420 code bank1 cat efficiency, found a local muffler shop that would weld on a generic cat for $250 on, had the job done, went to pick up the truck, shop guy says the P0430 code came on when he checked the DTCs. He said the cat he just replaced was "clean as a whistle" said it...

I am having issues with the p0403 and p0402 codes and my long term fuel trim bank 1 never changes even if i rev and hol dit. also short term fuel trim B1-S2 is stuck on 99.2% and doesn't change....any ideas?

changed spark plugs, cleaned out airbox, removed the charcoal (?) filter from the top of airbox. Pretty good day.
