Update: I had my mechanic look everything over. Turns out there was a vacuum leak on the rear of the supercharger. I'm not completely sure what to call the part (wastegate) but you could move it a little bit side to side. I'm not sure if there is a gasket that was supposed to be there or not...
Couple questions:
When did it last have a fuel filter? I don't know. I'm going through the truck item by item since I do not have much history.
Have you hooked up a fuel pressure engage to it at all? No.
Any other codes besides the lean code? No.
When is the last time it had O2 sensors...
Thanks a lot! I actually picked up a set of manifolds on ebay for a little bit of nothing, so I'm good there. They have the gaskets with them. I was a little concerned about the computer so that is good news too. Hopefully with a little plumbing I'll be good to go.
