I figured out, what cause this noise in my case. The main chain was too tight. Maybe when I tighten the crank shaft pulley bolt, the main chain tensioner extruded a bit and it's Ratchet mechanisms don't let it to slide back causing it to press the main chain heavier. I just reseted the tensioner...

So this doesn't go away over time? Well, I'm sad to hear that. I have liked her voice so far. Maybe the newer manufactured chains has some vibration issue.
