Are you talking about Glen Toyota?? Yeah i took a runner for a spin there last month before pulling the trigger elsewhere..ended up with 2020 Trd Pro in Army Green...so happy to be back in a 4Runner...

confirmed that it did fix mine. I have an 11 Pro and a 2020 TRD Pro..couldnt make a call..took it to the dealer this morning and they updated the software...now can make calls...no other lags or delays that i noticed...should be good to go now

thats really crazy...i paid ~7% off MSRP for my AG. I would have paid MSRP, maybe even 1-2k over but thats IT...its an amazing vehicle and the color is 900x better in person...but 5k-20k over? lol...i wouldnt have felt so good about the purchase if i was a victim of that

Why did you go with non kdss? Seems a lot of people outside this forum who have runners say to stay away from kdss Anyway, it looks like it I don’t want to truly mod the truck, Pro is the way to go...then in a few years if the 6th gen is sweet I can trade in and probably be in a good $ position

Half the people I ask about KDSS say “STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS” Other people are like “bury me with kdss when I die”

Yeah see that is kinda my thinking. I don’t wanna buy an ORP and drive it stock. The Pro? I could see driving it stock..but if I buy the ORP I am going to put 6-10k into it therefore I am already at that same price...and how much “better” is it?

Forgot to ask - if I get ORP and build it up, will it be problematic for me in terms of voiding factory warranty or anything like that?

The financial aspect is not top of the list because either way i will be spending around the same amount (i think) My main concerns are having a really solid vehicle for winters...having something reliable and solid...with the OCCASIONAL off road adventure...i do not need an extreme off road...

im not seeing that at all, at least around where i live. yes the TRD pro i see for 50,885....but the ORP - anything with MSRP around 45k with KDSS does not have the XP package or any further upgrades...where are you seeing this?
