I installed the mudflaps on my 2012 SR5 - PT769-89110 - install instructions for the 2011 http://www.trdsparks.com/install/PT769-89110inst.pdf - I picked these up and was told these are the correct mudguards for the 2012. I'm not 100% sure, but I did get them installed with only 2 modifications...
