There are "Blank" covers over the holes for the 12v outlet and USB output..... Thanks for the link but I actually bought and OEM socket and flip cover from my dealership.... I just wanted the one I'm adding to match the other OEM flip covers .... It cost a little more but I'm weird like that...

I was looking for something more along the lines of a custom fit panel that goes from the top of the back seats to bottom of the back window.... that is only removable if the back door is opened..
