I used the hole at the top. Penetrating oil > drill bit to level > center punch > bolt extractor

Had this happen recently. I used a bolt extractor from and top and it worked like a charm.

Every 285 is different, every 4runner is a bit different. I doubt eibach will guarantee all 285s will fit. 90% of people will have to trim bumper/liners and/or remove from flaps to fit 285s. If you don't want any modifications stick with 265s. That being said, I have 285/70 at3w on trd...

After going 33s Id like some additional power to bring the pep back. If these coils and an intake can give ~20hp/tq im all for it! Looking forward to more reviews, maybe even 3rd party dyno testing. I'm available for unbiased testing. ;)

Tire weight is great contributor to what makes it feel sluggish. 285s vary greatly in weight from brands and load ratings. I just put lt285 wildpeaks at3w in load c which weigh 62lbs each, it feels sluggish but not enough to warrant regearing.

I just put lt285 load c at3w on trd rims to replace 265 load c ko2. They are quieter than the ko2s. I have an ORP with pro fox shocks. I had to push the fender linerd forward, trd pro bumper trim, and massage the front mudflaps with a heat gun. If you intend to run spacers as well, you may...
