On the Master Cylinder

Check the Master cylinder pressure switch. Unplug or Bypass it and see if functionally returns

Sounds like you may need hoses if this is a reoccurring issue and they have not been replaced.

Hate to revive such an old thread, But does anyone have a stock 06-09 projector bracket/shield that they can scan to a PDF and post or email? I'm Planning to retro mine, and want to fabricate the brackets to my new projectors beforehand. Thanks!

Used Parts cleaner and a razor blade. Should never ever use an abrasive disc or pad block or head mating surfaces.

Thank you. I am confident this thing will last another 200k. The cylinders didn't show a smidge of wear, and had full crosshatch with no ridge. I had the oil pan off to retrieve a dropped cam cap bolt, and all looked and felt well down there, too.

They're not that hard if you are familiar with how upholstery is built and are familiar with removing and reinstalling "Bull Rings"

Technically you can just replace the valves, as long as no damage was done to the seats or guides. I went ahead and and replaced the damaged valves. Redid all the seats and valve faces, and all new seals.

The pump would not fit through the hole in the floor. That is just a pass-thru for the electrical connector and access to disconnect it before dropping the tank.
