Replaced my bad links today with longer ones per earlier posts - wow, what a difference. A lot of my rougher riding and clunks went away. The old stock ones were toast, but I didn’t know how much they could affect the ride.

Yep, it's on the main harness. I was able to de-pin it and re-use a pin from another connector. Bam - fixed! I'm waiting for some new ignition wires to come in and then can test out the fix. I called a dealer yesterday and they were able to find the pin. Here's what they sent: 82998-12430...

5-spoke (star) will absolutely fit. I have a 2000 limited as well and put in the 231s without issue. You'll need to grind down the dust shield.
