Headgasket failure
Count mine...2005 4Runner Limited 4x4 with 138K miles. Second owner since 112K miles. Got the code and the gurgling noise. Have an appointment on Monday at the dealer to have the head gaskets replaced. Not happy, but it's been fantastic otherwise.
