The oil pan drain plug has an attached washer on it. If over tightened, the washer will "Mushroom" and cause a leak. There probley is not anything striped, but you do probley need a new drain plug.

Will I loose all my fluid in my transfer case if I pull it out?

I am able to get about 275-300 per tank. I have a cool air intake and a jet tuner. (I am also running larger tires with a lift) average mph is 65 with a little in town driving. my tank tops of between 14-15 gal.

The only wires that go to the acuator are the wires for the senser. Which has no mechanical function.
