OP, I think if I were in your boat I'd try and make it another year or two and wait for the new Ranger at least before making a decision. If you can wait 2-3 years the Bronco should be announced/out as well.

And yet Toyota lets the F150 stay generations ahead of the Tundra.. I get that the Toyota will be orders of magnitudes more reliable than the F150 but honestly, the F150 feels 10+ years ahead of the Tundra in development.

Same experience as everyone else (although my KO2s were on a Tundra). Wet traction was absolutely laughable and the reason I avoided KO2s on my 4Runner.
