Just to clarify things - those mudguards fit perfectly on my 4Runner, but they do not match up at all with my existing fender flares once I removed my running boards. The mudguards I received do not resemble Evan's mudguards at all.

I purchased those mudflaps for the Base and SR5 model that you have indicated in the link, and they do NOT match up with the existing fender flares. I am not sure where you can get ones that do and I am still looking for them.

My experience with those strange parts is that I go to the local dealership and ask them what it is called. They have many exploded views of their parts and can often come up with it quite quickly..

Rockauto.com is a site which seems to have many odds and ends that I am looking for. Pricing is good and delivery is always quick. PO302 - is that a cylinder misfire? I am not experienced with those repairs (knocks on wood) what kind of parts are you looking for that repair?

Congrats on your new purchase and welcome to the community :) A 99 SR5 with only 83k for $8700 is a steal if you ask me. It's still just getting worn in :). Were you able to get the maintenance records for the vehicle? I am sure everyone will look forward to your pictures as well :bigok:

I believe the 1999 4Runner's rear bumper is sold in three pieces.. The middle section can be picked up from PartsTrain.com, its an easy site to navigate. I think it calls the other two pieces Bumper Ends. Hope this helps!

Okay, so I ordered from Autoillumination on March 11th and finally received them yesterday afternoon! Time to get these babies installed :)

Definitely no brushguard - its an even better look without it. I do like the skidplate though.

Actually, I have had four different sets of calipers on my 4Runner in its lifetime.. two in the last year, luckily the second set of the year was replaced under warranty. I have also put another set of rotors on, as my originals were looking pretty rough.
