I agree if you drive a lot or after warranty you can put in a good synthetic and drive 7-10K miles between changes. I only drive around 1K miles a month so it does not work for me, plus I've still under warranty.

Thanks guys, I've been checkin mine and the steering wheel is smooth and stable at 70 mph on a smooth highway but on a rough highway I feel more bounce then I use too so I think I will have all four rebalanced at around 30K miles which would be my next rotate.

With my 95 LC I used oil when I used Mobil 1 (not much, maybe 1 qt every 5K miles) when I used Amsoil Synthetic it did not use any oil. I agree different oil in different engines will act differently.
