Thanks for the info. Honestly that stuff doesnt worry me too much its more if the mounting brackets on the bumper will line up to the frame rails or do I need to go to the extreme of welding the entire mount up on the bumper and redrill or even modify even further and extend brackets etc.

Thanks 4RunnerAquasport, that gives me a little more confidence to take this bumper down to a fabricator to get them to adjust the mounting points etc. On my Gen2 Taco bumper it looks like it only has two mounting points on either side though which is strange since you stated the Taco's usually...

Took a look at his IG however it really doesnt give me too much to go on due to him being a fabricator and no instructions or mod process unfortunately...
