    Timing Belt Install Issue! Need Help!

    Caging Belt Tensioner B4 taking off old belt; hook a ratchet type Tie Down to the Bracket of the Alternator, take the strap and go around Belt just above tension pulley, tighten slowly and slip Pin in Tensioner.
