Yes, it is possible to use the N-FAB steps on the OEM rock rails. It is not a quick bolt on option. 1) the OEM rails are closer together so you have to grind down the mounting surface to match the OEM rails profile. 2) the tabs on the OEM rails are not spaced exactly right so you have to use...

I recently installed the nav bypass using the anytime backup camera harness. Its just a simple addition to the wire harness (pin 17 if I remember correct). I use my own switch/wires and hid it above the USB outlet on the underside of the dash. Seems to simply shut off the GPS signal and works...
