zero miles since rebuild and yes I believe so. I received these when I bought my 4runner. They were sealed in the boxes and he said he put new shocks all around and rebuilt these to save for when the currents wear out. If i was smart i would save them but need the cash

I’m not 100% sure, they came with my 4runner. It has a winch and bumper on front so I’m assuming heavy. I have the info on the shop that did the rebuild and I can call them to be 100%.
