So it's now giving code 12 and 73 (failed egr) and I was told to swap the vacuum line on the egr and that should solve the problem, but it didn't! And I had another guy say that it might be a clogged catalytic converter and to unbolt it and try to start it hot and see if that fixes it, does that...
The fuel pump and filter I replaced were both new and if you undo one of the bolts at the end of the fuel rail and put the key in the "on" position it will pump gas out like there is no tomorrow, so I'm sure that its at least getting to the injectors.
