Just drill through the License Plate
In Hawaii, you can't pass their safety inspection without a MOUNTED front plate.
Anyway, the Toyota dealership wasn't any help with this issue. They wanted to drill two NEW holes into the bumper! SERIOUSLY?! There's already two holes meant for the plate...
