So we had some warmer weather this week and I found a quick solution to this rattle/squeak. I simply pushed the "DOWN" button on the moon roof tilt for a split second and it stopped. It did not change the tilt angle but moved the mechanism enough to stop the noise. This worked for my case...

This is the issue. Mine does the same and has done so since new. For a quick check just put a little pressure on the accordion near the front of the moonroof and see if that helps. I did take mine out completely and the noise stopped 100%. I put them back in but did not do anything to care...
