I went with the 7000, even though I was convinced I wanted the 8100. Difference for me was output power, which was better on the 7000. Also didn't want to deal with blocking AC vents, as I am a very warm individual... Very happy with it, and Cliff/TGP is awesome

ShermanOlsen answered this correctly. The stock Toyota head unit doesn't have wireless CarPlay, but will connect phone functions via Bluetooth. This head unit will also connect to Bluetooth if you don't plug it in. CarPlay is a different function.

If I had to guess, the new 4R will not share styling cues with the Tundra/Sequoia. There has never really been an overlap in those models. Much more likely for it to share styling cues from that new electric Tacoma they teased. Which I'm OK with as well. Looks a little Highlander-ish, but...

I had a '99 Jeep with Quadra Drive, so had front and rear LSDs. I got into the habit quickly of rotating all 5 tires. Mismatched tires on an LSD would give you some issues... The concern for me with the Limited would be that center diff, but I'm not sure how big of a rotational differential...
