Lights are off! Was waiting to get a reply before doing anything. About 4 days ago, started the 4Runner and the Engine, VSC, and TRAC lights were off and stayed off. Not sure what happen but so glad we did not pay $2500 at this point. We'll see how long they stay off....

That's what they told me and I looked at the paperwork - Air Switching Valve and Air Pump need replacing. I plan to stop by Autozone tomorrow and get the actual codes.
