IMO and not the best one but get some duct tape and seal it off. Simple and done. If i was to do same thing i would just tape it off and not worry about it.

Ya my first idea was the same mount them under the shelf. You coudl also look at the SQ10's with only a 3" mounting depth, you could put 4 under the shelf firing up
