Used but I have owned it for over 3 years. I am 99.9% sure the windshield is new. I know the windscreen is OEM also. So would it go away when it dried out?

The only thing I had done within the last couple of weeks was a new battery, gas, and a car wash. The new battery has been in for about 2 or 3 weeks. The car wash was 2 days before this happened. Snow and Rain was not anything extended but it had gotten pretty cold.
