Haha for sure man. Mine didn't come with a cover either, but in SoCal it bakes inside of your 4Runner without one. I ended up limo tinting it because it was hard to find the original cover.

Looks amazing! I definitely was not digging it as much without the stripes. Also does your 4R have a sun roof? If so do you have a cover for it?

Cruised down to school in San Deigo the other day have her running great. Just tinted the sun roof and side doors looks a lot better. I'll post pictures soon

Thanks for the info! As for the fender paint and primer it is just from Home Depot. I plan on wet sanding it and finding a better match. The pictures make it blend a bit better than in person.

Thanks you! And no there is no lift on it yet. The tires are stuffed in there but so tuck with minor fender trimming up front. I plan on doing a 2" OME lift or Chevy springs in the rear. I have also tossed around a straight axle up front.

Had a good weekend weekend with the 4R put about 290 miles on it averaging about 17 MPG. I'm pretty happy with that since I have about 34" tires. Here is a shot in Laguna Beach along the Highway 133.

Thanks 89FourRunner I haven't done the top yet it's something that iv been thinking about. I was thinking about a satin finish when I do it and I'll post up on here when I do. Bummer about your 4R but at least it was fixable like mine!

Thanks man! If been thinking about getting the top painted place also. And I just sprayed it with Rustoleom from Home Depot. It is a bit off but I will find a better match soon. Also that is a big hole in the exhaust, I live about 10 miles from the beach and everything rusts. But believe it or...

I'm am most definitely going to do that. Do you just silicone the seam when it is done? And I will eventually do a small lift on it but for now this will be good. I do like the way your T4R sits and it is still good for a daily driver

Haha thank you. And this drought has been kicking our ass! We actually just had 2 days of major rain so that should help out a bit.

Ok so it's a rainy day down here in SoCal so I figured I'd update the thread. I have pretty much got everything dialed on the 4R and have been driving it around town and enjoying it. I still need to do a few things here and there like trim the fenders a bit more and some other odd ball stuff...
