In my 1999 4-runner I changed my timing belt/chain? at 100,000 miles. Does the 2004 have a similar requirement? Thanks in advance.

99 4-runner - Simple question with, I hope, a simple answer. After removing the visible screw at the top right of the left front turn signal, how do you remove the housing to replace the bulb? I could not see any other screws and I pulled on the lens but I don't want to force it if I'm missing...
