I just ordered everything for my exhaust, JBA long tube headers, AFE CAI, URD Y pipe, URD exhaust cam gears, and will be doing a custom catback exhaust as well. With all that would it be worth taking it to a shop to get tuned? I don't imagine buying a ECU flash chip would be all that effective...

Depends on the price if you could sell it say under $750 I would buy one. It would probably get my wife to go wheeling with me more because it would make her feel safer.

Bad knock sensors Ive had a similar issue because both my knock sensors went out. I don't have the time to replace them myself nor do I have the money to pay someone $1500 to do it. Is there a way I can tune my engine to get that loss of power back.

Does anyone know where I can find the information to replace these? I have never pulled apart the top end of the engine, but would rather replace these myself considering that everyone in my area has quoted me $1,800-$2,200 to do the job.
