    95 4runner cranks won't start-backfires

    Hi, I'm new on here. We have a 95 3.4. Recently just installed heads and up. Everything checks out and it started prior to doing the heads. New timing belt, cap, plugs, etc. Any ideas? We are at a complete loss.
