Well, the kit I was going to get uses 4 ballasts, one for each light so high and lows are independent.
And the signature will be up once I wash up the car ;)
But I know jack about lights and what bulbs the 4runner uses :)
I was thinking about getting bixenon, for high and lows, but I dont know what bulbs they use. I tried the manual and it says HB3 and HB4, and thats it.

Hello, I'd like to know if kick panels for a Tacoma would work for a 4runner? I have a 04 4runner and all I can find for the year are Tacoma kick panels but I am not sure if it'll fit.
Anyone know?
