I know is this waaaay late, but can I ask what rear springs you ended up going with? I just put 5100s all around and new front springs, but I want to lift my rear and can't decide between the 2" or 3" Icons. I've got an 05 4R with the original rear springs so it's probably significantly lower...

Hard to say, seems like maybe 1 mpg, maybe 2 mpg tops based on the "range" calculator in the dash after I fill the tank. But 2 mpgs less seems high since I really didn't go up much in size or weight from stock.
