I've had the same issue, not supercharged. Under full throttle at high rpm it sucks flat. I'll be looking into some ways to fix it, but for now i'm putting in the deck plate. Let me know if you find something that works.
The air flow sensor doesn't enjoy getting wet. Chances are you got a little water in the intake tract and it got a little wet. Both times i hydrolocked my 4runner the air flow sensor killed the engine before serious damage could occur. It will not turn over if it's hydrolocked.

Could be one of the door actuators or motors is not operating correctly. Maybe some bad contacts or dirt shorting some contacts out. Most likely the drivers door.
